8. Payment and Fees
Pricing: All fees for Services will be outlined in the agreement between you and Ampliflow.Billing: Payment terms, billing cycles, and any other charges will be specified in the Client agreement. Failure to pay any fees in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of Services.Refunds: Refund policies will be governed by the specific terms of your Client agreement and are subject to applicable laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ampliflow does not warrant that the Site or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the Site and Services is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampliflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services. Our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the applicable Services.
